ATL Education Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns & Refunds for Courses & Educational Services
All requests for returns or refunds must be submitted in writing to refund@ayaatteletronicsltd.co.uk. Refund eligibility is subject to the following terms:
- Administrative Charge: A non-refundable administrative fee of up to 40% of the total course or educational service price will be deducted from any approved refund.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if the request is made within 24 hours after purchasing the course.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, minus the applicable administrative fee.
2. Refund Policy for Other ATL Services (Non-Educational)
Refunds for other services (e.g., projects, consulting, or technical services) are governed by the specific terms outlined in the project agreement or service contract.
- Project-Based Services: Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the stage of completion, incurred costs, and mutual agreement between ATL and the client.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit, as stated in the service agreement.
3. General Conditions
- ATL reserves the right to deny refunds if the request violates company policies or if services have been partially or fully rendered.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved in accordance with ATL’s Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
